Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a name, place, or other query in a search box, the information is sent to the independent provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not disclose that correspondence outside the organization unless the law requires us to do so.

Our pages link to Oldham County Detention Center records, the Sheriff, Kentucky corrections and courts, government portals, news pages, and independent search tools. After you follow a link, the destination’s privacy notice and terms apply. Kentucky government record access is governed separately, including by the Kentucky Open Records Act in KRS Chapter 61; linking to a public portal does not place that agency’s data under this notice.
Some advertising companies may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select ads. That tracking occurs on their systems, subject to their policies and controls.

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be provided to:
