Oldham County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot check live custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the public office that holds the record for those services.
Official Oldham County Contacts
The detention center and Sheriff’s Office are separate custodians. Use the jail for OCDC custody and booking files, and use the Sheriff for records created or held by that office.

Choose the route that matches the question:
- For a mugshot, booking record, current roster result, recent booking, release information, or lawful correction path, use the complete Oldham County search and records guide.
- For a possible warrant or official tip route, use Most Wanted Fugitives; the county has no verified public most-wanted list.
- For a Prospect, Crestwood, or La Grange police report, start with the city or police agency that created the incident record.
- For a sentenced state prisoner or active DOC supervision record, use Kentucky Online Offender Lookup and Kentucky VINE.
- For a federal prisoner, use the Bureau of Prisons locator. For immigration detention, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator.
- For a charge’s final outcome, contact the correct Circuit or District Court clerk rather than relying on a booking entry.
OCDC’s published response period is five business days, excluding weekends and legal holidays. Its policy lists $0.10 per black-and-white copy, free electronic transmission when feasible, and a $1 CD charge plus postage for material over 4 MB. These jail terms do not apply to Sheriff, court, city, or police records.
